I reserve full rights to the artwork.

I also reserve the right to post the commission artwork/WIPs publicly and in my portfolio unless discussed before payment.

I have the right to refuse a commission.

Time estimation of a completed commission depends on other commissions and the type of commission.

However, the commission could take a few weeks up to a month complete.

The client can ask for a current, cropped WIP at any time.

The client is expected to provide visual references of the character and a general idea of what they want.

Payment will be via Square or Ko-Fi.

The client can choose between paying a 50% deposit or the full price upfront. However, Ko-Fi will be full price upfront.

Do NOT pay before the final price is given, I will let you know when to pay.

Final price may vary from the stated base prices depending on complexity or additional details.

Refunds will only be sent if I am unable to complete the commission for any reason. The first payment is non-refundable.

If paid 50% up-front, then the following 50% after the sketch, and the commission is not completed, only the latter half will be refunded.

If payment is not made within 7 days, the commission will be cancelled with no refund for the paid 50%.

Personal use only unless previously discussed, commercial use may include additional pricing.

Using the finished or WIP commission for NFTs, AI training, reselling, ect. is not allowed.

Public use of the commission should credit me, the artist, directly, whether by social media tag or link to this carrd.

If the client wishes the commission to be private, it must be discussed before payment.

I reserve the right to use any fanart commissions for potential future physical merchandise or prints.

The main file type to be sent is PNG or JPEG. PNG will always be used with framed portrait commissions.

Only 2 major changes/revisions can be made to the commission after the colored sketch is sent. (e.g. pose, composition, design, and other changes). Anymore will cost extra.

Minor edits (e.g. minor color changes) after the flat colored lineart are sent are free.

Edits with the final piece are not allowed and must be made clear during the process.
